WJ Rowe – Four Years On

When it comes to purchasing a range, William Rowe believes in buying once, and buying right.  For such an integral part of a business, this hugely important decision is one that is never taken lightly.  Some people make their decision after speaking to members in the trade, others prefer to read up on all the stats they can find but for William Rowe his decision was shaped by a visit to a trade show when he was a child with his father.

‘I remember going to a show and seeing a range with flashing lights on which really impressed me!  I then discovered it was a Florigo and was told it was the best around.  From then on I had always aspired to one day get a Florigo.’  William explained.

William eventually took over his father’s shop in Stevenage and four years ago the time came for William to replace the shop’s trusted range which was almost 50 years old!  William contacted Florigo and his childhood’s impression of the company was not disappointed.

‘Lee Woodward from Frying Solutions didn’t offer the world like some Salesmen, instead he could substantiate exactly what he said.  The only part where he didn’t deliver was when he said that our trade would increase by 10%-20%; in fact it’s more than doubled since getting the range!

‘I was sold a package that suited me rather than what a Salesman thought I wanted.  So for example Lee made sure to design a low range for me so I could talk to my customers which is very important to me and the new range is actually lower than my old one.’

Four years on and William is still singing his Florigo’s praises: ‘I’m very happy with the range and even if you do get any problems, they’ll get sorted.  The bottom line is that it’s increased my trade!’  And who could argue with that!
