With two fish and chip shops under his belt Adrian Midgley decided that three times is a charm when he opened his third shop in Leeds. His other two shops had a Florigo range installed and he was so impressed with the ranges that he did not hesitate in choosing another Florigo for his new venture.
‘Even though the Florigo installed is a smaller range than the original one in the shop, it gives a higher output’ Adrian said. ‘I’ve also noticed a difference with the ranges in my other shops: the technology for Florigo ranges improve all the time, so even though the other ranges are only four years old, I’ve already noticed a definite improvement in the filtration and the speed of recovery in the fish pan.’
It’s not just Adrian who has noticed the difference; the customers have been giving better feedback and recognise that the quality of food has increased. Thanks to word of mouth and local adverts, putting special offers on to encourage people to sample their food, Adrian and his team now welcome a steady stream of customers to his shop and long may it continue!
