Superfish - East Molesey

The Superfish chain of shops are very well known in the Surrey area for the quality and freshness of their fish & chips and have been awarded Seafish quality awards and recognized by Egon Ronay.

Superfish use over 420 tonnes of potatoes each year supplied by farms in Cambridgeshire & Essex which produce three quarters of a million portions of chips, together with 120 tonnes of fish so Michael has to have a range that can cope with demand and perhaps most of all offer unrivalled reliability.

Michael is also very aware of the environmental impact of his business and not only sources his product carefully but he also sources his equipment with energy saving an important part of his decision making - Florigo are one of the few manufacturers to offer High Efficiency pans and, working with the Carbon Trust, are able to offer interest free loans to cover the extra costs of investing in this technology - in fact Superfish was one of the first companies to work with the Carbon Trust and investing in this equipment has reduced their energy bills significantly.

So when Michael Rhodes needed to replace his range at the shop in East Molesey he called Florigo - after installing a new Florigo range at his other shop in Ashtead in April 2007 he knew that Florigo would offer him both build quality and proven reliability.

Again Michael contacted Robert Furey, and explained that he wanted another High Efficiency range for the shop in East Molesey, Michael knew that the range design in his shop at Ashtead had worked extremely well and so ordered a similar bespoke 3 pan wall range, again with touch screen controls, an amazing 93cms wide heated chip box with an additional built in plate warmer underneath - the range was installed in early November 2007 and is now producing the exceptional high quality product Michael and his staff are renowned for.
