Sheppards: leading the way
Since Julian Allen has refitted his takeaway at the beginning of the year he has seen his business increase by an incredible 30%. With new strong branding, a smart shop fit and a Florigo range, Julian has taken his business to the next level.
Based in Newport, Julian had Sheppards for 18 years but realised his old 3 pan range would not cope with any increase in business. He knew that a Florigo range would cost more than others but he now realises that you get what you pay for. ‘The way I look at it is that you could spend the same amount of money on a car, but it’s the range that will make you money; the range is an investment, the car isn’t!’ Julian explained.
It’s not just the range he describes as ‘brilliant’; he also feels that Lee Woodward from Frying Solutions was brilliant too and any problems he had, Lee would be on hand to solve. In fact, Julian is thinking about expanding to another shop in Cardiff and he says that he wouldn’t even have to think about what range to get; it will definitely be a Florigo!
