Fishers Mobile Catering Services are busy travelling around the country cooking high quality fish and chips in their trusted mobile van. They have a weekly round in Surrey villages but their event work can take them anywhere from blue chip corporate events to 50th birthday parties.
‘The joy of a mobile catering unit is that you can move on’ explains owner Neil Ansell. ‘If you’re not getting the customers from one site, you can move on to a new site that works for you. Plus our event work has really taken off for us.’
Wherever the van is, the staff can be sure that their Florigo range won’t let them down, producing high quality food to keep up with the hoards of queues. ‘We have a state-of-the-art van which goes down really well with the customers especially after they taste the food’ Neil says. ‘The kit is superb, it cooks fantastically and it performs exactly as I was told it would. If I had another opportunity, I definitely would get another Florigo’.
