Del Boy creates queues at Andrews Fish Bar

What better way than to celebrate your 30th Anniversary of your shop being open than with Del Boy! Costas Andrew did just this on 21st April with a ‘Back to the 80s’ celebratory day complete with a menu at 80s cost and the team all dressed up in 80s paraphernalia. A look-a-like Del Boy was also there on hand to help serve up for the crowds and to bring that extra bit of 80s feel!

‘It was a great day and the weather was perfect for us,’ Costas said. ‘Crowds came from everywhere; we opened at 12pm and managed to get the last person served at 9.15pm that evening. Staff worked really well together, making sure everyone had hourly breaks away from the shop as it was so busy.’

Helping the team on this busy day was their 4 pan Florigo Counter range: ‘The range never stopped frying from start to finish,’ Costas explained. ‘We used about 8 barrels of oil and it just kept up with demand, totally proving itself. It was a good test and we’re very happy with it!’
