Best Multilple Fish and Chip operator has being won two consecutive years by Florigo customers

In  January 2010 Georges Tradition won best multiple operator at  the Fish and Chip shop of the year awards.

Georges Tradition operate Florigo ranges out of 7 of their shops in Derbyshire and Nottingham.

In January 2011 Daniel Petitt from Daniels Fish and Chips also won best multiple operator at this year’s awards owning 3 Florigo ranges with Georges Tradition not far behind being runners up.

The nationwide competition, run by Seafish, the official authority on seafood, recognizes quality, value and choice and chose Daniels this year as the nation’s top fish and chip shop chain after scrupulous business analysis for the coveted ‘Best Multiple Fish & Chip Operator Award’.

This year, the National Fish & Chip Awards celebrated its 23rd birthday and also marks the 151st anniversary of the great British tradition of fish and chips.

“The standard of entrants continues to increase each year and we have witnessed fish and chips shops paying an increasing amount of attention to sustainable sourcing as well as offering quality, value and choice. This industry has come a long way in 23 years and competition for the National title only gets fiercer each year"
