An Easier Life at the Jolly Fryer

Since the Jolly Fryer at Wisbech has had a new 7 pan Florigo range installed, life has become easier. From the range’s round pans to the pans keeping a constant temperature, their new range has really made a difference to their working environment.

Owners Steve and Adrian Jarvis have been faithful Florigo customers for 20 years and their new range has not let them down. ‘We’re really happy with the range,’ Steve said, ‘it’s done everything we hoped it would and we can keep up with the queues we get.’

The range has four round pans which some fryers may be unused to but they’re a welcome addition at the Jolly Fryers: ‘They’re dead easy to use and we get on really well with them’ Steve said. ‘In fact, the range as a whole is easy to use which means that everyone can use it. We have now increased our fryers from two to four and the two less experienced fryers simply picked up the trade just by looking at how the others worked and picked it up’. So for straight forward frying, choose a Florigo!
